FEES & TRANSPARENCY
At Amplia Talents, transparency is a core principle of how we work with both employers and professionals.
This page explains our recruitment model and clarifies the nature of any costs that may arise during recruitment, training or international mobility processes.
Our goal is to ensure that professionals can make informed decisions, with a clear understanding of what is included in our services and which costs, if any, are required by external entities.
Our recruitment model
Amplia Talents is an HR consultancy that provides recruitment services directly to employers.
We partner with companies across multiple sectors — including Healthcare, Hospitality, Logistics and STEM — to identify, prepare and place qualified professionals in real job opportunities.
We do not charge candidates recruitment fees for job placement.
Our role is to manage the recruitment process on behalf of employers, while supporting professionals throughout the hiring journey.
Administrative and regulatory costs
Depending on the role, country and individual situation, some professionals may be required to complete administrative or regulatory steps mandated by public authorities or independent third parties in order to work legally.
These steps are not recruitment services and are not controlled by Amplia Talents.
Examples may include:
-
professional recognition or licensing procedures
-
visa or residence permit applications
-
sworn or certified translations
-
medical examinations required by authorities
-
language certification exams required by regulators or employers
Any such costs are paid directly to the relevant authorities or third-party institutions, not to Amplia Talents.
Language training and preparation
In certain cases, professionals may need to reach a specific language level in order to meet employer requirements or comply with local regulations.
Amplia Talents offers language training solutions designed to support professionals in meeting these requirements. Participation in training programmes is clearly identified as a training service and is separate from recruitment.
Professionals are informed in advance when language preparation is required and can decide how to proceed based on their individual situation.
Country- and role-specific requirements
Requirements, timelines and associated administrative steps vary depending on:
-
the country of employment
-
the profession
-
regulatory frameworks
-
the candidate’s background and documentation
Our consultants explain these requirements clearly and in advance, so professionals understand what is required before moving forward.
Our commitment to transparency
Amplia Talents is committed to:
-
clear communication at every stage of the process
-
distinguishing recruitment services from external administrative requirements
-
ensuring professionals understand which costs are mandatory and who they are paid to
-
avoiding hidden fees or unclear practices
If at any point something is unclear, we encourage candidates to ask questions before proceeding.
Questions or clarifications
If you have any questions regarding fees, administrative requirements or how our recruitment and training processes work, our team is available to clarify them before you apply or move forward.
Transparency is essential to building sustainable careers and long-term partnerships — and we take that responsibility seriously.
