Amplia Talents is an HR consultancy specialised in placing professionals in real jobs and preparing them to meet the legal and language requirements of the global markets where they will work — whether in their home country or abroad.

Since 2015, we have supported thousands of professionals — particularly in Healthcare and Hospitality, as well as Logistics and STEM — in securing employment with hospitals, clinics, distribution centers, software development companies, hotels and cruise lines across the United States, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Italy and other global markets.

We work on both sides of the process:
we partner directly with employers, advising them on recruitment, workforce planning and regulatory compliance, while also supporting candidates through recruitment, language training and the administrative steps required to work legally, such as professional recognition, documentation and compliance with local regulations.

Founded in Portugal, Amplia Talents operates from offices in Portugal and Italy, with local consultants across Spain, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria and Greece, allowing us to combine local candidate support with direct access to employers across multiple markets.

Everything we do is built around real vacancies, real employers and real regulatory frameworks, not generic job matching. Our role is to make sure both professionals and companies can work together legally, transparently and sustainably.
